I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying its modern design and spacious rooms. The dining experience was delightful, particularly the breakfast buffet with a great variety. However, the location is a bit far from the old town, which requires a good walk or a bus ride to reach, and the housekeeping could be improved as my bed wasn't made during my stay. Overall, it offers good value for a business trip.

My stay at the Park Inn in Krakow was quite memorable due to the friendly staff and the modern amenities available. However, the extensive renovation work was a major drawback, as it created a noisy environment that detracted from the overall experience. Overall, the hotel had some good points but could have been much better without the disruptive noise.
